The Princess and the King’s Advocate talked daily during breakfast. The King’s Advocate used this time to explain that the duties of a Princess betrothed to the Prince entailed finding ways to serve the King’s people. Since the Princess was not acquainted with the people, the King’s Advocate began to show her around. They went to the local food bank and the homeless shelter. They then went to the children’s center and saw the King’s plan for educating the children in reading, writing, arithmetic, and religion. They saw the recreational opportunities for the children that touched the areas of art, music, and sports. Then they toured the hospitals and nursing homes. They visited orphanages where the Princess cuddled and played with the beautiful babies. The King’s Advocate took her to a nutrition center where lunch was being served to lonely widows and widowers. Their next stop was at the local jail where they passed out the King’s biography for the prisoners to read. The Princess said she’d speak to the Prince about their desire for release. The tour ended at the churches that were set up to educate and encourage people about the King and about the desires of His heart for them.
